Subway in Hameln

Typical subway. Corona causes everything a little differently. The requested salad could not be ordered due to missing ingredients. A good alternative was offered. Friendly staff.

Today I was served and advised in a more than friendly and courteous manner!

SUBWAY is still unwilling to do without chicken from painful fattening! That is not ethically justifiable, absolutely retrograde and harmful to the climate, too. I really lose my appetite.

No thanks! I don't want to spend my money here. Subway refuses to introduce broiler standards. Subway is openly committed to the cruel exploitation of animal life.

Unfriendly employees who had to pull everything out of their noses. The shop is not recommended for people who are new to subway, because you have to know what you want. Student discount / menu, as is usually the case in NRW, did not exist here and was also not known.

Food was okay, but service was extremely unmotivated and unfriendly.

My experience is really bad, I always get rude service there. You could say that I'm a schiriger customer, but I don't think so. I am always polite and usually know what I want. I see no reason why I should be treated badly. One or two girls work in this shop who are totally out of place. They should rather go to an office, they have no place in service. The blonde employee is particularly important there. Totally unfriendly and snotty if you have a question. I just wonder who hires people like that? And above all who does not throw them out again if they are simply unsuitable for this job.

We love Subway and have long been satisfied with the store. But now there is a person working there (Lucy or something like that, glasses and red hair) who is extremely unfriendly. We gave her several chances. Their behavior has always been so bad that we don't even feel like going to this store again. Please instruct the lady or cancel. Thank you so much!

Badly trained staff! The staff insists that you have to add yourself to the guest list and leave your details, even though I only wanted to take a sub with me. I didn't want to eat anything on site. However, the staff continued to insist that I was obliged to do so and thus clearly demonstrated how little or misinformed they are with regard to the regulation to protect against new infections. Since they have not shown themselves to be understanding at all, I will in future refrain from buying anything in the subway branch in the city gallery.

And once again this blonde employee !! Better be terminated! Will not eat there anymore ... subway gladly but not in Hameln with such cheeky staff!

The subs themselves are delicious, no question about it! (for the stars) I am annoyed by a completely different problem: I was asked to download the new app in order to transfer my points among others. Downloading itself wasn't a problem either. But then I should enter a verification code. Since I had not yet been sent a code, I requested a new one. Nothing happened! The mail with the code didn't arrive until several hours later. When I entered this, the message "Code expired" came up! I played this game about ten times and then I got fed up !!! Oh yes, I had also contacted the customer service by email in between, so far no response, apart from "Thank you for your request, we will get in touch within the next 5 days ..." My points are probably gone by now I will have more space on my smartphone again, as both Subway apps will now be deleted ...

Everything fresh, everything clean. I always like to go there. And by the way, the cockies are awesome

Rude staff (fair hair). I was greeted with, we sent out closed (7:00 p.m.) although everywhere with we are open longer (until 8:00 p.m.) signs are advertised. The Mir worker only said that it is not your problem that it is used to advertise. You are closing now.

Friendly staff, good service and delicious / fresh food. The cleanliness of the tables was poor but forgiving as there was a lot going on.
